limiting beliefs

1. Name Your Limiting Beliefs

Pay attention to the thoughts that shape your daily decisions. Journaling can help bring these beliefs to light.

2. Trace the Source

Reflect on where and when the belief first took root. What emotions were attached to it? Shame? Fear? Embarrassment?

3. Question Its Truth

Ask yourself: Is this really true? Is there any factual evidence to support it? Consider whether this belief was imposed on you by someone else’s fears or limitations.

4. Reframe and Replace

Challenge the belief by writing down an opposite, empowering belief. For instance, if you’ve always believed “I’m not good enough,” replace it with “I am capable and deserving of success.”

5. Take Action

Evaluate your new belief by taking small steps that reinforce it. The more you act in alignment with your new mindset, the more confidence you will gain.

You already have everything within you to soar—step into your truth and set yourself free.
